Refund Policy

Because eSIMs are digital goods, refunds are available only for eSIMs that have not yet been installed or activated.

If an eSIM fails to provision or you were charged in error, email [email protected] with your order id for a full refund.

Once an eSIM has been installed or activated on a device, it cannot be refunded, as the underlying data allowance has been committed.

EU consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal on distance purchases. Because an eSIM is digital content supplied immediately, you expressly consent at checkout to delivery starting at once and acknowledge that this right ends as soon as the eSIM is installed or activated.
