Yes, on any carrier-unlocked phone that supports eSIM. That covers iPhone XR and newer, Samsung Galaxy S20 and newer, Google Pixel 3 and newer, and most other phones released since 2019. To check, look for an EID number under Settings, General, About on iPhone, or dial *#06# on Android.
